China Blue is an independent shoe store based in Dublin’s Temple Bar area. They have been in business for over 20 years, and sell to over 30 countries worldwide via their online store.

We have been working with China Blue since we built their original Ecommerce website back in 2010, and we’ve been through a few upgrades and redesigns together since. Their websites is built using the Magento Ecommerce platform, which a powerful and highly flexible shopping cart software. The site is mobile optimised and features a clean modern design.

In the last year alone Clearfire has helped China Blue Shoes grow their online business by over 40%. This was achieved primarily by focusing on mobile optimisation to make mobile transactions as seamless as possible, site speed optimisation to give customers the fastest possible experience and PPC advertising to drive targeted traffic at key sales periods.

Currently around 50% of their total business is driven by their website: 25% through direct online purchases, and an additional 25% are in store customers who mention that they have browsed the website first and would like to try on the shoes in person.
